Packaging Service Scheduler at Elgen Staffing

Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced Packaging Service Scheduler, to join our winning team in Lancaster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule service reps work in the field and provide their documents for customer visits. Take service requests from customers. Receive PO#’s from customers. Assign sales order #’s in salesforce & SAP Use salesforce service and field service consoles Type weekly schedule and distribute to other departments Advise accounting when customers exceed their credit limit (noted in SAP) KEY REQUIREMENTS: Two or more years of experience working in an office environment Microsoft Office knowledge Salesforce and S.A.P knowledge Prior work with customers to build and maintain working relationships Please apply today to be immediately considered for the role!
