GREAT OPPORTUNITY as PACKER POSITION at MI in Millersburg Plant!

NIGHT SHIFT - 7pm - 7am / Rolling Schedule - 2 DAYS ON and 2 DAYS OFF.

Starting Hourly Rate is $21 plus $2 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift !!

MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team in Millersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is: $21 per hour plus $2 Shift Differential for night shift. 

You must have one plus year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly and/or Manufacturing. If you are looking for a career in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the perfect role for you!

The Packer Assembly Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within their specific department. Some key functions include:

  • Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.

  • One year of similar work experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse

  • Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure

  • Experience with hand and power tools

  • Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
