Company: CatalystLocation: Austin TX / In-Person / HybridCompensation: $70K -$90K basePosition Type: Full-time / Exempt / SalariedReports to: VP of Client StrategyWhats the jobWe are looking for a talented data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage optimize and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital advertising channels. This is a hybrid remote/in-office full-time position.In this role you will be responsible for launching managing analyzing and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize performance generate high-quality leads and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry. You will develop targeting strategies A/B testing plans budget recommendations and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.ExperienceRequired skills:1 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field of studyProficient in Google Ads Manager Meta Business Manager Google Analytics and other relevant tools.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing algorithms industry trends and campaign needs.Desired skills:Experience with real estate ad campaignsClient-facing communication skillsWorkflowCampaign Strategy:Plan launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and Meta (Facebook Instagram).Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time to improve key performance metrics like CTR CPC and ROAS.Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.Test analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights and actionable recommendations.Stay up to date with the latest trends platform updates and best practices in paid media.Collaborate with internal teams including creative and client strategy to align paid campaigns with broader marketing objectives.Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI.Project and Time management:Stick to timelines while ensuring a high quality of workDemonstrate proactive solution-based thinking and deliveryStart projects quickly change tasks at a moments notice and complete work on deadlineCommunicationDay-to-day communications:Collaborate with client-facing strategists creative team members and production team members to ensure paid media campaigns align with client goals and creative assets are optimized for performance.Answer all emails and messages promptly ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients when necessary.Proactively seek out answers to questions on campaign objectives audience targeting budget allocations or creative assets needed to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.Clearly communicate findings insights and recommendations to strategists and when required directly to clients translating performance data into actionable strategies.Innovation & KnowledgeTechnical Innovation & Knowledge:Stays up to date on industry trends platform updates and consumer behavior incorporating evolving technology into campaign strategies.Analyzes paid media performance data (including CTR CPC ROAS and conversion rates) to refine ad messaging targeting strategies and overall campaign effectiveness.Catalyst Innovation & Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Catalyst our brand our history our beliefs and our directionAdvocates for new platforms and other ideas to promote Catalysts brand presence Required Experience:IC Key Skills Quality Assurance,Client Relation,Target Audience,Media Planning,Trend Analysis,Market Research,Email Campaigns,Social Channels,Campaign Management,Client Service,Current Events,News Stories,Powerpoint,Data Analysis,Analytics Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 70 - 90
