POSITION SUMMARY Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions applied to manufacturing processes seeking the reduction of recurring and non- recurring industrial costs focusing on the improvement of quality and efficiency of resources. Participate in the development of budget planning and control of resources necessary to the implementation of new projects and programs under supervision.JOB RESPONSIBLITIESCoordinate projects of medium complexity presenting visibility updatesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams in projects and deliver training.Implement technical solutions by interfacing with other areas (Logistics / Production / Quality / Engineering / Sites / Clients / Suppliers);Support technical decisions made by management in your area through visibility studiesAssist in developing and implementing technical solutions by interfacing with other areas (Logistics / Production / Quality / Engineering / Sites / Clients / Suppliers);Assist in developing processes while seeking new technologies.Systematically share knowledge in community practices (knowledge management).ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESHas the ability to structure low complex projects and develop management level updatesCoordinate multidisciplinary functions for project deliveryPrior experience working with Manufacturing EngineeringProvide input to implement technical solutions according to interfacing with other areas (Logistics / Production / Quality / Engineering / Sites / Clients / Suppliers);Has the ability to analyze possible changes in scenario and directives seeking to detect new opportunities and improvements.
