Seeking Industrial Housekeeping Supervisor for automotive manufacturing facility in Wentzville MO.60kHours are 6pm-6am (12 hours overnights) 4 nights one week and 3 nights the next week every other weekend off.Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily custodial operations within the plantto ensure a clean and safe work environment.Supervise and coordinate activities of custodial staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new materials as needed.Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies regarding cleanliness.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify areas for improvement.Address staff concerns and provide feedback to promote a positive work atmosphere.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the cleanliness supports the production and operations efficiently.Essential Qualifications:Proficient knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and supplies.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Desired Experience:Previous experience in a custodial management or supervisory role is preferred.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations pertinent to the custodial industry.INDSJ Key Skills Lean Manufacturing,Fashion Retail,CNC Milling Machine,Machining,CNC,Vehicle Maintenance,CNC Lathe,Fabrication,Maintenance,Welding,Supervising Experience,Woodworking Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
