Paint Technician - 1st Shift

Join a manufacturer located in the northern Indianapolis region as a Paint Technician 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Paint industrial metal products using specialized techniques.
• Tape and mask parts to prepare them for painting.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area by adhering to 5S standards.
• Stand and lift materials consistently throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• Experience with paint sprayers and spray guns.
• Knowledge of powder coating techniques.
• Proficiency in masking, taping, and sanding.
• Industrial painting experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in parts cleaning and racking.
• Familiarity with paint booth operations and blasting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
