Finished work must meet CollisionRight specifications for color texture and durability.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesProperly prep surfaces and apply refinish materials to exterior componentsMask glass/trim/non-paint areas; clean sand and prime as requiredSpray primer basecoat and clearcoat (waterborne or solvent systems)Mix and match paints; verify color and effect prior to applicationBuff/sand finished panels as needed to meet finish standardsAssist with minor body work to prepare vehicles for paintUse appropriate PPE and follow safety/OSHA and hazardous-waste proceduresClean and maintain spray guns booths and paint equipmentInspect painted vehicles to ensure finish quality and accuracyQualifications13 years of professional auto refinish experience (MSO/dealership/independent)Strong knowledge of surface prep masking priming and refinish workflowsProven skill with spray guns/equipment and color matchingExcellent eyesight and color perception; meticulous attention to detailDemonstrated safety discipline and ability to follow written/verbal instructionsAble to lift 35 lbs routinely (occasionally 70 lbs) and work in a fast-paced production environmentComfortable with climbing/stooping/kneeling/crouching as tasks requireReady to Make Your MarkIf you take pride in a flawless finish and want a team that backs your craft apply today and help us deliver excellenceone repair at a time.CollisionRight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
