Painters Helper / Prep TechPay: $16$19/hourLocation: Broken Arrow OKHours: 6:30 AM3:00 PM MondayFridayJob Type: Temp-to-HireJob Order #: 123049Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Painters Helper / Prep Tech to support a growing custom fabrication shop. The Painters Helper / Prep Tech will prepare surfaces for painting assist the lead painter and help maintain a productive safe and high-quality work environment.Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare surfaces for paint including body filler taping masking and sanding Work closely with the lead painter to ensure consistent high-quality results Maintain steady workflow and meet assigned deadlines Follow directions and contribute to team goals Support a positive safety-driven work environment Perform physically demanding tasks such as: Climbing ladders Lifting up to 150 lbs Standing for extended periodsQualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a professional paint or body shop Ability to use DA sanders compounds and paint prep tools Familiarity with AkzoNobel Paint Systems Ultra Low VOC (preferred) Experience with spraying Dryvit (a plus) Knowledge of custom fabrication projects Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift and carry up to 150 lbs Comfortable with standing climbing and working from heights Valid drivers license Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance package 401(k) investment plan Life insurance Paid time offIf you are ready to bring your paint prep skills to a high-quality fabrication shop apply today for this Painters Helper / Prep Tech position.Job Order #: 123049Stand-By Personnel Skilled DivisionIf you are interested in this position click the Apply button above to submit your application.
