Your expertise will ensure that each part meets rigorous specifications and contributes to the overall performance and reliability of our services. This position is based in Medley FL.Responsibilities:Mask sand and prepare the article for paint applicationApply glaze and sealing compounds in preparation for the final paintingOperate and maintain all types of preparation and priming equipmentMix paints and primersPerform leading-edge sealant work in final detailComply with all safety and housekeeping policies. Use personal protective equipmentProperly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools as assignedComply with Paint shop standard practicesComply with hazardous material disposal proceduresPerform other duties as requiredQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Able to pass Pulmonary Function Test to obtain respirator certificationAbility to use tools equipment and materials in the aircraft painting processMust have a great attitude and team player mentality and be detailed oriented- quality and precision-focusedThe ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral and diagram or schedule formTwo years of related experience.
