Please Note:It is a Hybrid Position in Tallahassee FL. 2 Days Onsite.Local candidates preffered.Contract Position for 12 MonthsKey required skills:Experience required in specific platforms:CyberArk MandatoryJob Description:We are hiring a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Implementation Lead to architect and implement enterprise PAM solutions across multi-system environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design vault configuration onboarding privileged accounts integrating systems deploying credential rotation policies and implementing secure session monitoring using platforms such as CyberArk BeyondTrust or Thycotic.Key Responsibilities:Lead implementation of PAM solutions including vaulting policy configuration session management least-privilege enforcement and credential rotation.Perform PAM discovery privileged account inventory credential mapping and gap analysis.Architect and configure PAM components such as PVWA PSM CPM PTA EPM (CyberArk) or equivalent modules in other platforms.Onboard privileged accounts across Windows Linux databases network devices cloud services and business applications.Develop automation scripts and integrations for password rotation session monitoring break-glass workflows and API-based provisioning.Implement policies for privileged access review approval workflows audit trails and compliance reporting.Conduct session recording configuration activity monitoring and alerting integrations with SIEM solutions.Lead troubleshooting efforts root cause analysis and remediation activities for PAM system issues.Support testing cycles operationalization and handover to security operations teams.Ensure PAM design aligns with Zero Trust principles NIST 800-53 and organizational security policies.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:7 years of experience with Privileged Access Management technologies.Hands-on experience with CyberArk components (CPM PVWA PSM PTA etc.) or comparable PAM platforms.Deep understanding of privileged access lifecycle credential management least-privilege models and secure session controls.Strong expertise with Windows/Linux administration network device access and cloud platform integration.Proficiency with PowerShell Python or similar scripting languages.Strong communication skills with ability to work across technical and business teams.Preferred Qualifications:CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian certifications or equivalent.Experience with Zero Trust NIST frameworks and public-sector environments.Experience integrating PAM with IGA platforms for end-to-end identity lifecycle control.Required Skills:Required Qualifications 7 years of experience with Privileged Access Management technologies.
