This position will also support our vinyl weld department and will be responsible for setup and operating the vinyl RF welder according to the production schedule. Measure review and layout materials per the order specifications. Set up and program equipment and make any necessary changes. Replenish materials and load into machine via the use of forklift or overhead crane. Change out tooling when necessary. Utilize software to program correct files according to the production schedule. Cut material using Oteman or weld material using the vinyl RF welder. Inspect and examine work pieces to ensure quality of material meets the requirement of the customer.
