Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Paralegal will support attorneys by managing litigation files from intake through resolution, gathering and organizing medical records, drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparing discovery, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines. The role involves consistent communication with clients, providers, carriers, and opposing counsel, along with preparing files for hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with case management systems.
