This role will also perform a variety of customer service duties including data entry answering phones and responding to passenger questions or concerns as required.Starting pay range for the role is $21.39-$27.29/hour $1/hour if bilingual (English/Spanish)*Based on years of active years of Dispatcher experience*Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 pm to 10:00 pmQualifications for the Dispatcher:High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 19 years of ageBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredPositive customer relations skills including good decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees and the general public.Thorough knowledge of or ability to learn the Boulder County areaKnowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices and procedures.Proper grammatical skills and legible penmanship.Ability to work independently.Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test and will be considered a part of the random drug testing pool as a safety sensitive employee.Keywords: telecommunicator receptionist reservation manager administrative transportation dispatch dispatcher call centerCompetitive Benefits for the DispatcherPaid Training!
