In this role, you will provide assistance to title attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys managing the client's workload. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, orders, manage court dockets. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail oriented.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients and fellow employees regarding cases in the office. Prepare case-specific documents, including petitions and motions.Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for reviewOrganize court docket, file and record important informationMaintain and update documentation in case management and client systems.Provide general administrative support QualificationsPrevious experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferredCertification or diploma as a Legal Assistant is preferredFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court systemStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with document management experienceExcellent research skillsComfortable Microsoft Office and case management softwareAbility to multitask and work well under pressure
