We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Probate Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in maintaining case files, meeting all Court filing deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and court personnel. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking skills and a strong understanding of estate and guardianship forms and procedures. A minimum of 3 years' experience is required. Candidate should also be familiar with basic accounting principles, investment statements, and account terminology. Opportunities for full time or shared time will be considered for this position. Compensation is competitive based upon shown abilities and experience. Health insurance, including dental and vision, and 401K available pursuant to company plans for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, file, and manage checklist requirements, including applications, inventories, accountings and correspondence.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Schedule meetings and other case-related appointments, coordinating with clients, as courts, as needed.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, and court personnel to facilitate case progression.
- Monitor and manage case progress and checklists, to ensure timely follow-up and fulfillment of deadline requirements.
- Conduct research and gather relevant case information as required.
