Full-timeDescriptionJob SummaryThe Parenting Skills Educator provides weekly in-home education training and support services to parents with an active Child Protection case to improve parenting skills and parent/child interaction.We are currently recruiting candidates who are able to start working in mid to late January 2026.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesParenting Skills Educators will work with parents with active Child Protection cases to provide in-home parenting education as well as guided and directed parent-child interaction sessions and observations. Skills taught to parents include those around child development child/family safety domestic violence substance use and positive discipline techniques. Services may be provided virtually and/or in person based on parent/guardian preference. Services primarily provided during daytime hours with occasional evenings and weekends based on parent/guardian need.
