FUNBOX, Arcadia, a leading indoor bounce house facility, seeks a dedicated and proactive Park Monitor to join our team. As a Park Monitor, you will be crucial in maintaining a safe environment for all visitors while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Monitor the bounce house area to ensure the safety of children and adults, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe behavior.Maintain control over crowds, ensuring that everyone follows safety rules and guidelines.Assist with guest check-ins, including verifying waivers, collecting fees, and providing general information.Operate the register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing receipts when required.Keep the work area clean and organized, including the bounce house equipment and surrounding areas.Communicate effectively with individuals of all ages, providing clear and concise instructions regarding safety rules and procedures.Respond promptly and calmly to accidents or incidents, following established protocols for first aid and emergencies.Collaborate with other staff members to address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.Actively engage with customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout their visit.Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily and work in a physically demanding setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all ages.Strong attention to detail and ability to control crowds and enforce safety rules.Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills.Basic knowledge of first aid and the ability to respond appropriately in emergencies.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
