Job Description
As the PARS Client Liaison you will report to Experian Health. You will manage the successful partnership between the Payment Appeal Recovery Service (PARS) and the Client. As the primary contact for the client you will work with all Experian Health departments and PARS staff to ensure client satisfaction Return on Investment (ROI) and PARS success. Occasional travel to client locations may be necessary.Youll have opportunity to:Act as the clients primary liaison with PARSReview and understand our clients service contract/amendment and the PARS responsibilities within each amendmentUnderstand and track the performance goals for each client and meet with each to review their current statusPresent PARS Activity Reviews to each clientCompile produce and present Contract Manager (CM) Reports to the client throughout client life cycleResponsible for appeal recovery validation within CM and the reporting of Contingency billing to each clientMonitor client ROI and identify activities to improve and increase their ROIMaintain data integrity of CM to achieve accurate claim valuation and improve the efficiency of variance review/appeal activitiesWork directly with the Appeal Analyst(s) to communicate variance review/appeal best practices and client specific requirementsProvide support to the Appeals Analyst(s) as questions ariseWork directly with the Appeal Analyst(s) to resolve CM data issues affecting claim valuation identified through the variance review process and to resolve large volumes of underpaid claims through claim projects with the payerWork directly with client and payer to resolve identified patterns/trends of payment variances not handled through claim payment projectsManage the identification resolution documentation and tracking of client or payer issuesDeliver communication to clients on new CM releases and updates to enhance valuationIdentify new client revenue opportunities (new contracts contract changes additional training needs)Solicit and manage client feedback and communicate client requests throughout PARSCoordinate and lead group conference calls and meetingsIn cooperation with the Sales Executives coordinates and attends site visits to existing and potential PARS clientsProvide daily management of PARS staff reporting directly to the LiaisonQualifications : Bachelors degree or greater in related field or equivalent education and experience. 10 years experience in healthcare5 years experience working directly with clients5 years experience presenting to an internal audience and working positively with the senior level of clients management teamexperience with workflow and business process analysis in a large physician organization.Knowledge of the reimbursement process within a health care settingAdditional Information : Benefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical dental vision and matching 401KFlexible work environment ability to work remote hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off vacation sick and 12-paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: Experian our people and culture set us apart. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills experience and education.
