PART-TIME EVENING POSITIONS AVAILABLE - APPLY TODAY!$24+ Per Hour to STARTPay Increases Annually$250 Sign-On BonusAlliance ABA is a mission-based organization devoted to supporting children with Autism and ADHD in a beautiful 4,000sq. ft. center with effective resources and knowledgeable leadership! Service hours are weekdays, 8am-6:30pm. We offer free training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician Certificate, a fun working environment, flexibility, and comparable starting pay. Join our winning team!Candidate should have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs.Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 Center-Based ABA services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilitiesProvide behavior coaching to parents and support clients caregivers through a variety of methodsCollaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategiesWork with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in clients treatment plansImplementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior AnalystCollection of data and completion of treatment notes as requiredRequirements:HS diploma requiredAvailability to work at least three weekday evenings until 6:30pmBachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferredMinimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferredExperience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviorsMust have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 90 days of employmentWe have a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is available to ALL employees!
