Whether you're just starting or need guidance through the certification process, we are committed to helping you achieve your professional goalsResponsibilitiesDelivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format.Accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans.Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans.Collecting data in a data collection system called Theralytics.Generating and maintaining accurate billing and clinical documentation.Collaborating with client families and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress and behavioral concerns.Upholding company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines.Maintaining Private Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Participating in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continue learning and improving performance.Collaborating on design and preparation of program materials.Must wear scrubs.Ability to complete 20-25 hours per week (part time requirement).QualificationsPossess an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT; not required)Are pursuing (with at least 2 years completed) and/or hold a Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, etc.; highly preferred, but not required)SKILLSAcknowledge and possess cultural sensitivity with the ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgroundsHave excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong team collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cooperatively with colleagues across departmentsStrong commitment to professional growth through constructive feedback and self-improvementAct professionally and uphold strict, high standards for themselvesAbility to collect and record data consistently and preciselyPunctuality, reliability, and consistency in sessionsAbility to stay calm during challenging behaviorsFollows instructions from BCBAs and other supervisors accurately (Implements behavior plans and teaching procedures commitment)Willingness to adjust to client needs or environmental changes
