To accelerate our next chapter of growth were adding a Part-time Showroom Sales Associate to our small high-impact team.Why This Role MattersYoull be helping us elevate every touchpointon the showroom floor over the phone and through our live-chat platform. Your leadership will translate foot traffic and digital inquiries into lifelong client relationships driving revenue while upholding the craftsmanship and integrity that define Thos. Moser.What Youll Do Your ImpactChampion Omnichannel SalesEngage walk-in guests incoming phone callers and live-chat visitors with equal enthusiasm guiding each through discovery selection and post-delivery follow-up.Convert leads across residential A&D and B2B channels; maintain an active pipeline and hit or exceed monthly KPIs.Deliver Expert ConsultationMaster the full Thos. Moser portfoliomaterials finishes customization options and sustainability storyto craft tailored proposals for clients and designers.Assist with Daily OperationsAssist with opening/closing inventory integrity visual standards and facility care to ensure a welcoming brand-right environment.Own the Client JourneyGenerate quotes enter orders track production and orchestrate white-glove delivery ensuring every promise is met.Proactively resolve service issues with empathy and speed.Elevate the BrandUphold showroom merchandising to brand standards; support local events product launches and outreach that amplify our presence on the West Coast.RequirementsWhat Youll BringRetail Experience Minimum one year in retail showroom or hospitality preferably in a luxury environment.Sales Excellence A record of driving growth beating targets and building repeat business.Client-Centric Mind-set Natural rapport with discerning design-savvy clientele; poised communication in person on the phone and online chat.Digital Agility Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (HubSpot preferred); ability to juggle multiple platforms with ease.Operational Rigor Organized solutions-oriented and comfortable prioritizing in a fast-moving luxury environment.Passion for Design Appreciation for fine woodworking; background in furniture interiors or the design trade is a plus.Schedule Flexibility Full-time availability including weekends (no evenings required).What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay plus monthly performance incentives.A tight-knit family-owned company where your contributions are visible and valued.The pride of representing hand-crafted furniture guaranteed for lifehelping preserve American craftsmanship for generations to come.Ready to grow with a brand that grows with you Send your résumé and a brief note on why youre passionate about Thos.
