Eatalys cheese department is home to 500 of the highest quality cheeses specially sourced from Italy internationally and locally. Many of the cheeses are entirely exclusive to Eataly. A Cheesemonger prepares packages receives and stocks product. A Cheesemonger has passion for cheese and the ability to share that passion with Eatalys guests.
