Part-time Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapists (Washington) at Handspring Health

We're seeking part-time remote Therapists in Washington to join our diverse, mission-driven, and collaborative team!
Compensation
You will be employed as a W2 employee with an hourly rate
- $70.00-$75.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
- $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time, including documentation time
- $1,400-$1,500 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate. Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation.
You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance

Your schedule & time commitment
Caseload: Manage at least 12 clients per week (option to take on more hours)
Available Hours (All PST):
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
What you’ll do
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
- Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
- Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community
- Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
Who we are looking for
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Washington with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
- Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
- Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
- Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare
