We are looking for individuals with a desire to contribute and make a difference in the lives of the community we serve. About the Role:The Dietary Cook’s primary duties include preparing and cooking family style meals for residents of skilled nursing facility.Required Skills and Abilities:Prior experience preferred but not necessary. One-year institutional food service experience as a cook preferred. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse.
