Located inside the Brea Mall food court, we focus on delivering bold, fresh flavors with quality ingredients and a great guest experience.Position Overview:Were looking for a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Cook to join our team! This role combines both prep cook and line cook duties, supporting daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate can work efficiently, maintain high standards of quality, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Prepare, portion, and cook food items according to recipes and standards Perform daily prep work (slicing vegetables, marinating proteins, making sauces, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times Assist with restocking and rotating inventory as needed Work independently and efficiently to meet prep and service demands Communicate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service during rush periodsWhat Were Looking For: Prior experience in a fast-casual or quick-service kitchen preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Flexible availability (including weekends and some holidays) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetCompensation & Perks: Pay: $17$18/hour, depending on experience Tip pool shared among team members Employee discounts on food & drinks Fun, supportive work environmentDetails: Location: Roll & Co Brea Mall Food Court Position Type: Part-time
