The position requires teaching in a face-to-face, in-person formatduring daytime hours on the Arnold Campus and experience with online learning management systems.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Providing instruction in accordance with established curriculum and course outlines; assessing student progress toward learning objectives through formal andinformal assessments; maintaining accurate records; and meeting all required deadlines for submitting grades, attendance, and other requested information.Faculty are expected to adhere to safety procedures and departmental standards, maintain appropriate professional conduct and ethics, fulfill the responsibilitiesof a part-time faculty member, and teach all scheduled claRequired Qualifications:A master's degree in Political Science or a related field.College-level teaching experience preferredOne year of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is committed to enriching the educational experience it offers through the diversity of its faculty, administrators, and staff members.
