By joining our team you are helping to provide an experience to our stakeholders that delivers on our promises.The Field Service Representative will focus on insurance premium collection for at least one assigned territory (agency) of the district. They will keep the collections current offering exceptional door-to-door customer service skills and providing new sales referrals for follow up.This is a part-time position earning $18.00 per hour. Position Responsibilities:Collection of monthly premiums from policyholders in one or more assigned agenciesAnswering questions or referring customers to proper department to resolve any issuesFollow-up on customer inquiries or concerns to ensure completionFollow up on any outstanding balances to avoid policy lapsesUse of technology to process premium paymentsAdministrative responsibilities in updating and maintaining customer and payment informationPosition Qualifications: Customer service experienceThe ability to visit customers in-person at their homesMust be at least 18 years of ageValid drivers license with required 100/300 auto insuranceDependable vehicle as daily travel is requiredAbility to meet the requirements of a background check motor vehicle report check and drug testExcellent communication skills both in person via telephone and in writingAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsExceptional customer service skillsResourcefulness in answering questions or solving any issues for the customerConsistent follow up on any open issues related to customersTakes initiative and is self-driven to succeedKemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
