Part-timeDescriptionRate: $16.89 hourly (minimum 4 hours per shift)The Florissant Theater Department is seeking multiple applicants for a Bartender for theater lobby concessions. This position will operate and sell pre-packaged drinks and snacks. Shifts will primarily occur on Friday and Saturday evenings (6pm 10pm) and some Sundays (1pm 5pm) when the theater hosts live events throughout the calendar year. Prior bartending and POS system experience is preferred but not required.Head Bartender Responsibilities:Scheduling bartender shifts between you and other bartenders to ensure coverage of required shifts.Inventory tracking.Supply procurement as needed.Inventory organization as needed or instructed.Develops operating procedures and instructs other bartender(s) on proper procedure.
