This position filters and escalates appropriate service requests to the Help Desk Technician or the Help Desk/Training Coordinator Requirements This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of current office work experience or equivalent education (30 college credit hours) or a combination of work experience and education. Basic knowledge of internet browsers, operating systems and basic trouble-shooting techniques is required. Experience answering telephones, communicating effectively with a diverse end-user population, and providing instructions to users is required.
