Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWelcome to S.E.E.K. Arizona!We are expanding our team of Behavior Technicians in homes and communities in the West Valley! We are looking for Behavior Technicians who are excited to support individuals and families in the places they live.Position Summary:The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in home-based settings throughout Arizona. This position focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs), with a primary goal of supporting client skill development and behavior management in their home environment.Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA/LBAConduct direct therapy sessions in clients' homesCollect and document data on client progress and behaviorAssist in developing and maintaining therapeutic rapport with clients and familiesSupport communication between clinical team and client's familyMaintain accurate and detailed session documentationParticipate in regular supervision and team meetingsFollow all ethical guidelines and professional standards for Registered Behavior TechniciansMaintain client and family confidentialityPrepare and organize therapy materialsCommunicate client progress and challenges to supervising clinicianAssist in parent/caregiver training as directed by supervisorRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass background check and child safety screeningReliable transportation for home-based service deliveryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with basic technology for documentationAbility to work independently between scheduled direct supervisionCommitment to professional development and learningPreferred Qualifications:Completion of 40-hour RBT training programCurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related fieldPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesBilingual skills (English/Spanish)Experience with data collection and behavioral trackingUnderstanding of ABA principles and intervention strategiesCrisis intervention trainingCPR and First Aid certificationWork Environment & Schedule:100% home-based service deliveryTravel required between client homes within assigned regionFlexible scheduling including potential evening and weekend hoursRegular supervision meetings with clinical teamOccasional in-person team meetings at company office locationPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, kneel, and move about during therapy sessionsPhysical stamina to engage actively with clients during therapeutic activitiesAbility to lift and move therapy materials up to 25 poundsCapacity to physically assist clients as needed, including possible lifting up to 40 pounds with proper techniqueAbility to respond quickly to ensure client safetyAbility to navigate various home environmentsFine motor skills for data collection and activity implementationVisual and auditory ability to observe and interact with clientsAbility to work on computer or tablet for documentation purposesBenefits and Perks:Paid training time to obtain your RBT credential!Career development opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance, and morePay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hourAvailability:Flexible availability Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pmWork Location:In the community, home, and schools in the West Valley
