As our organization continues to expand we are strengthening our Human Resources capability to support the success of our growing workforce.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Coordinator to support essential HR operations with a strong emphasis on onboarding and maintaining accurate employee documentation. This role supports a wide range of employee groups including Sales Marketing Operations Field Production and Call Center personnel.This position requires excellent organization professionalism and a commitment to providing a positive employee experience. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to broaden their HR knowledge and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all onboarding activities including pre-hire documentation new hire setup and first-day supportServe as a point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely helpful employee supportMaintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation requirementsConduct regular file audits and track HR compliance metricsManage HR inbox and support day-to-day administrative tasksProcess employee access items including badges and key fobsEnter and maintain data across HR platforms with a high degree of accuracySupport employee relations documentation such as performance reviews and corrective actionsProvide front desk coverage as neededProcess ROS forms for Sales employeesAssist with other HR tasks and projects as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative supportHigh school diploma required; Associates degree in HR or related field preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approachable demeanorAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailDemonstrated discretion when working with confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is preferredHighly organized self-motivated and committed to delivering quality workWhy Join Statewide RemodelingOpportunity to contribute directly to a growing national organizationSupportive and team-oriented environmentMeaningful work in improving the employee experienceExposure to a wide range of HR functions and development of future career opportunitiesApply TodayIf you are passionate about supporting employees improving processes and contributing to a professional and positive workplace culture we invite you to apply.
