Hours and Locations:Below is a sampling of some of the current cases and locations:1 Case (total up to 35 hours along those hours) - Lorton, VA M, W 12:00 - 8 T, Th, F 3:00 - 8 Sat and Sun - 9 to 4 1 Case, Burke, VA (12 hours a week, 4 hours for 3 out of the 5 days) M - F 4:00 - 8 1 Case, Sterling, VA (up to 25 hours per week) M-F, 3:15 - 8 Primary Responsibilities:* Direct Therapy: Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.* Implement Plans: Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).* Data Collection: Accurately record client behavior and progress.* Skill Building: Teach adaptive skills (social, self-care, communication).* Parent/Caregiver Training: Communicate progress and strategies to families.* Documentation: Complete session notes and reports.
