Required Qualifications Required Educational Qualifications A master¿s degree in Business Administration or Contracting. Required ExperienceThree to five years performing a variety of contracting duties/functions within an organization.Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational QualificationsA doctoral degree in Business Administration or Contracting is preferred.
