Part-Time Instructor Pilot at CAE

The Instructor will prioritize the customers progress and work to improve the customers performance. Methods will include: 1) Using a focused approach to individual training needs 2) Tailoring the training to address the customers improvement areas and 3) Using the briefing and debriefing time to provide constructive feedback and criticism. In this role the TBM Instructor will be responsible to:Provide standardized training in the classroom in the simulator and in the aircraftProvide Initial Recurrent Training and differences trainingEnforce the CAE SIMCOM standards teaching in accordance with safety standardsUse verbal written listening and presentation skills to teach effectivelyProvide constructive feedback and evaluate customers progressundefinedOur ideal candidate has:B FAA Commercial Pilots LicenseHold an FAA CFI or CFI-I ratingMaintain a valid FAA Class 2 Medical.Have accumulated at least 750 Total Flight Hours 200 Hours in the TBM Model AircraftCollege degree is preferredBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet-based programsExcellent fluency in English both verbal and written; able to speak read and write effectivelyCAE offers:an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valuedthe possibility to work from home occasionallyflexible schedulesCome share your passion with us!About CAEAt CAE we equip people in critical roles with the expertise and solutions to create a safer world.
