What will you do?

• Manage day-to-day maintenance projects including landscaping
• Maintain equipment including preventive maintenance, necessary repair, and general care of all tools, carts, and vehicles
• Install, maintain , and repair components like wiring, switches, outlets, circ uit bre akers, lighting, ballast, and GFCI/breakers
• Perform repair of small engines, vehicle engines, painting, a nd a sphalt patching

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing work
• Experience with welding is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver s license required

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate forklift
