• Network Monitoring and Incident response
• Customer Support / Residential Broadband Support
• Datacenter Operations
• Network device testing / prep /maintenance
• Network troubleshooting

We are hiring for the following shift: (May work an occasional weekday)

• 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday/Sunday required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a team
• Relevant technical experience

Preferred Skills

• Credit hours toward, or achievement of, an associate degree in network infrastructure or related field
• Experience with Cisco products
