Order Filler - $17.50/hr Full-Time Monday-Friday Location: Edwardsville, KS Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1stSchedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $17/hr About the Role Join our team as an Order Filler and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly! You'll ensure merchandise is stocked, orders are accurately filled, and shipments are prepared with care. If you're organized, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. What You'll Do Provide bulk merchandise and packing supplies to the department. Ensure products are available on shelves or in designated locations. Fill shipping and transfer orders for finished goods. Select appropriate containers and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain an organized work area and follow company guidelines. What We're Looking For Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (including occasional overhead lifting). Comfortable bending, squatting, and using hand trucks. Basic computer skills for team functions and shipping systems (UPS/FedEx/Connectship). Willingness to train on voice picking system, Stock Chaser, and Electric Pallet Jack. Experience with RF scan gun (or willingness to learn). Ability to work independently and maintain excellent attendance.
