We pride ourselves on matching RBT's with client needs. Role DescriptionWe have multiple part-time (on-site) roles for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We have openings located in Mecklenburg County, NC, Rowan County Nc and Cabarrus County, NC. The RBT will be responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. Day-to-day tasks include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with clinical supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity. The RBT will work closely with clients and their families to deliver quality care and support. QualificationsProficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting dataStrong observation and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicExperience working with individuals with autism or related disorders is a plusCertification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferredCompany DescriptionAt Growing Emerging Minds for Success, our mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
