Black Elk is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team. Were looking for someone passionate about supporting students who thrives in a team environment and is eager to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives.What Youll Do:Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading writing math and social skills.Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support share progress data and adjust strategies to meet student needs.Create and maintain a positive supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students engagement and success.
