Part-Time RN or PA – Population Health Value-Based Medicine at Nirvana Healthcare Management Services

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Population Health Division. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in value-based medicine high-risk patient management and addressing gaps in care.
