This is temporary grant-funded position contingent upon grant funding through June 30, 2025.What you will be doing Serves as a role model and motivates students to achieve and assists with their academic needsAttends all tutor trainings and required meetingsCompletes tutoring reportsMonitors students progressGuides students to use the educational software at the labsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed High School Diploma or equivalent accredited GED and completed one (1) specified college discipline course from a regionally accredited institutionPossess excellent oral and written communication skillsPossess strong interpersonal and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft applicationAbility to assess and provide guidance to students on the use of education softwareAbility to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignmentsAbility to work well in a mult-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty, and staffAdditional Requirements The final candidate is to successfully complete a background screening and reference check process.
