Partner Deal Operations Lead, Google Cloud at Google
JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner Deal Operations Lead, Google Cloud
As the Google Cloud Partner Deal Operations Lead, you will step into a high-visibility, senior individual contributor (IC) leadership role. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary operational counterpart to leads working on partner solutions investments and strategic agreements. While your counterparts drive the design and negotiations of partner investments with Google Cloud's partners (including GSIs, MSPs, ISVs, and high-growth AI startups), your mission is to ensure those investments are executed with operational excellence. You will also be responsible for building dashboards, developing models, and maintaining data sets to analyze, report, and present insights related to the performance of our partner incentives. You will be a powerful execution leader who operates at the intersection of process engineering, performance operations, and system scaling. You will own the translation of partner investments terms into insightful and automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our teams and drive faster decision making. From managing complex agreement and payment operations to establishing robust performance telemetry, your focus will be on accelerating time-to-value for partners while maintaining strict financial integrity and driving automation across the agreement lifecycle.
