The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will design, build, and own integrations and systems that power healthcare partnerships, national rollouts, and rapid program expansion.

What You'll Work On

We are solving critical problems that sit at the heart of partner-driven care delivery: unlock patient access at scale, expand national care delivery, strengthen our platform, drive adoption, accelerate partner growth.

  • Unlock patient access at scale - own technical delivery for healthcare partnerships by architecting and shipping critical capabilities.
  • Expand national care delivery - design integrations and data flows that support onboarding and multi-state rollouts.
  • Strengthen our platform - replace bespoke requests with self-service features that scale across customers.
  • Drive adoption - build partner-facing systems across backend, mobile, and web.
  • Accelerate partner growth - deliver reporting, workflows, and integrations that enable new programs and rapid expansion.
Engineering Experience
  • 5+ years of backend or fullstack software engineering experience.
  • Strong backend emphasis, comfortable working across diverse systems.
  • Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams.
  • Willingness to work across multiple product surfaces, learn broadly across the codebase, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Technologies
  • Serverless AWS (AppSync, DynamoDB, Lambda, Amplify, CloudFormation, Node).
  • React Native and React Native for Web.
  • GraphQL.
  • TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
  • Experience with data platforms, modern reporting, ingestion, or integrations.
  • Background in health tech or healthcare.

Compensation

Base salary range: $162,500 - $215,000 + equity + benefits. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is based on skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
