Job Description
The Partner Marketing Manager drives partner engagement revenue growth and market expansion portfolio with a focus in North and South America. Reporting to the Senior Manager Partner Marketing youll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution building deep relationships with reseller partners while collaborating across product marketing sales and operations to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition through the channel.You will design integrated marketing campaigns spanning enablement demand generation and co-marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires cultural intelligence patience and a collaborative mindset.What will you do Strategic Planning & Regional ExecutionOwn and execute bi-annual partner marketing plans across North and South America aligning with regional priorities and business objectivesPartner with Channel Account Managers to onboard partners identify strategic accounts and define joint marketing prioritiesBuild and leverage partner relationships to amplify brand awareness and generate leads through the partner communityCampaign Development & Co-MarketingDevelop integrated co-marketing campaigns (co-branded assets webinars events digital programs) that drive partner engagement and pipeline growthDesign and implement multilingual campaigns that respect regional market dynamics and partner capabilitiesIdentify opportunities for joint participation in regional events trade shows and partner-hosted activities across the Americas and coordinate marketing support to maximize impactCollaborate with partners on joint marketing efforts and training programs to ensure alignment on product positioning and value propositionsPartner Enablement & ResourcesDevelop self-service marketing assets for scalable partner enablement and create customized co-marketing programs for strategic high-tier partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing digital regional marketing) to execute campaigns on time and maintain updated partner resource librariesCollaborate with the Partner Portal team to curate partner experience driving portal adoption and engagement amongst partnersProgram Administration & PerformanceMonitor and analyze partner engagement metrics campaign performance and revenue impactAct as the administrator of the partner marketing rebate program rewarding and reinforcing desired behavior from channel partnersPartner with marketing operations and sales teams on lead identification attribution routing and partner-driven pipeline reporting How will you get it done Drive & Discipline - ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving high-quality resultsGrowth Mindset actively pursue new ways of getting things done and challenge status quo processes that dont serve partners or business objectivesCrispness of Execution passion for process and an attitude exemplified by creating value for partners and delivering superior financial resultsCultural Intelligence ability to navigate diverse markets with sensitivity to relationship-driven business dynamics and varying market pacesCommunication ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing across languages and culturesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters or advanced degree preferred5 years of B2B marketing or partner marketing experienceProven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing campaignsExperience in software SaaS or technology environments (BI technology experience is a plus)Fluent in Spanish; (Portuguese is a plus)Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that drive mutual growthAbility to work cross-functionally to build alignment and lead projects from conception to completionExcellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder needsProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAdditional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-Remote** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. **Learn more about our high-energy high-performance global team.
