Partner Relations

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Relations, located in Woodland Hills, CA. The Associate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing relationships with existing partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in onboarding and training processes, with attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in payment solutions or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is beneficial
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Occasional travel may be required
• Experience in customer service, onboarding, or partner support roles preferred

What You'll Do

• Manage partner onboarding from kickoff through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner needs
• Provide training and guidance to new partners
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion
• Identify and resolve issues to improve partner and customer experience

$28 - 32 per hour (depending on experience) + Bonuses. Non-Exempt
