Description The Senior Mortgage TPO Partner Support Specialist supports the Account Managers in ensuring the comprehensive and accurate submission of loan files and related documentation to Mortgage Operations, optimizing file flow.Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:Job Duties:Act as a contact and subject matter expert for clients during the entire loan process, obtaining required documentation including financial information to evaluate loan applications and their risk, providing ongoing client updatesWork directly with clients to explain loan programs and negotiate mortgage loan termsPartner with Mortgage Operations to assure timely responses and communications to and from the member and brokerMaintain expert product and procedure knowledge and consult with clients to ensure real estate products meet individual client needsBuild and maintain relationships with internal business partners (i.e. assigned branch staff, underwriters, etc.) for the purpose of strengthening interdepartmental relationships and attracting new clientsMaintain compliance within federal, state and credit union rules and regulationsActively prospect for new broker clients through existing relationships, industry partners, social media and industry networking eventsAssist clients with any systems issues, underwriting questions and pricing questionsMonitor volume pipeline to ensure monthly goals are achievedEssential Skills:Minimum five years' experience in mortgage loan administration; including a minimum of two years' TPO experienceAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines and SLAsExceptional ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organizationProven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding client expectations and requirementsAbility to apply logic to situations and make common-sense analysis of a credit packageStrong knowledge of TRIDAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of loan operations software (i.e. Encompass & TPO Connect)Minimum Education: High School diplomaCertification/License: Ability to be NMLS certifiedLocation: Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:$31.25 to $34.62 hourly + annual bonusBenefits options include:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodAccrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment11 paid federal holidaysSpecial employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)What makes First Tech different?
