The Impact You Will Have: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will partner with all members of our Talent Acquisition & Business Partner teams to build candidate pipelines for positions across all business units nationwide. You will develop a deep understanding of QTS our culture and the desired qualifications in developing comprehensive sourcing strategies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring QTS has a high-quality talent pipeline available at all times.In addition to pipeline generation you will gather maintain and share market intelligence and knowledge of competitor companies in each QTS region. This opportunity focuses on results including lead generation and quality hires. Work location is open to any of our major markets (Atlanta/Suwanee GA; Ashburn VA; Overland Park KS).What You Will Do:Source for high-priority positions across the business to include Facilities Operation Procurement and moreUse sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media job boards networking referrals and Boolean searches including candidate contact informationLead Recruitment Marketing initiatives including lead generation social media paid search and other creative strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates and leadsGain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needsMeasure and track pipeline activity and share resultsSupport recruiting agency program and other programs as assignedServe as recruitment technology administrator for specialized recruiting toolsWorkday system testing as required to support recruiting module enhancements break/fix etc.Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Five or more years of successful candidate-sourcing experience Three years of recruitment marketing experienceTwo or more years of applicant tracking software experienceStrong Project Management and prioritization skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting remote customersOne or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experienceWe conform to all the laws statutes and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
