Parts Assistants are responsible for maintaining the inventory of parts at the branch and assisting customers as needed.Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise parts inventory purchasing and invoicingHandle all parts orders on a daily basis including shipping and receivingAbility to obtain and prepare parts quotesOrder and manage parts inventory for rental equipmentCoordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipmentConfirm invoice accuracyCoordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedulesOversee parts warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization of buildingWhy EquipmentShareBecause we do things differently and we think youll feel it from day one.
