JOB DESCRIPTION
Parts Expeditor
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Expeditor to oversee and manage the production flow, tracking part orders and numbers throughout the production process. This role involves collaboration with various departments including operations management, materials management, and shipping to ensure seamless product production.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts and market segment activities, including order management, quotations, business development, conflict resolution, and order entry.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, assisting in contract and account program administration, and coordinating Production Readiness reviews.
- Frequently interact with customers to address and resolve inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer goodwill.
- Actively manage production orders across their entire lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate customer contact bases and critical communication files for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with intercompany departments such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, Scheduling, and Engineering.
- Utilize ERP systems for production tracking.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the business's products and applications.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Materials Coordination or as a Parts Expeditor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in materials coordination, shipping, logistics, and production coordination.
- Strong customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
