JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

The Parts & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing parts inventory, coordinating part orders, and supporting facility maintenance and repair projects. This role ensures timely procurement and delivery of parts, maintains accurate records in FIIX, and serves as a liaison between vendors, purchasing, and the maintenance team.

Compensation: $24 - 33/HR

Key Responsibilities

Parts Management

  • Monitor parts levels and conduct regular cycle counts.

  • Manage parts information in FIIX, including creating part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

  • Receive parts requests from the team and work with vendors to identify correct part numbers and obtain quotes.

  • Submit purchase requests to the purchasing department upon receiving vendor quotes.

  • Track part estimated time of arrival (ETA) and provide updates to the team, especially for Next Day Air or urgent orders.

  • Manage local parts pickups and deliveries as needed.

  • Facilities Coordination

  • Work with vendors for facility repairs and maintenance needs.

  • Coordinate and oversee projects related to plumbing, electrical, lighting, landscaping, and fence repairs.

  • Support special facility projects as required.

  • Qualifications

  • Experience in parts management, inventory control, or procurement preferred.

  • Familiarity with FIIX or similar maintenance management software.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and urgent requests.

  • Valid driver's license for local parts pickups and deliveries.
